Pricing varies with scope and complexity. Most engagements are priced on a project basis — you'll receive a clear, itemised proposal before any work begins, with no hidden fees. For ongoing services like chatbot maintenance or content support, we offer monthly retainers. We don't publish fixed price lists because every client's needs differ, but we're always upfront from the first conversation.

Smaller projects — such as a chatbot build or content setup — typically take two to four weeks. More complex work like custom model development or full workflow automation generally takes six to twelve weeks. We agree a clear timeline at the proposal stage and keep you updated throughout.

Data security is a priority we take seriously. We do not use client data to train models for other clients or general-purpose use. Any data you share is used solely to deliver your project. In most cases, yes. We have experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Shopify, WordPress, Zapier, and many more. If you use a less common tool, we assess integration options during discovery and advise on feasibility.

Yes. We offer post-launch support tailored to what we've built. For systems that evolve — like chatbots or automated workflows — we recommend an ongoing maintenance retainer for updates, retraining, and monitoring. We don't build things and disappear.
